The best thing about smoothies is the way they pack heaps of nutrients and vitamins into a small punch. It’s often pretty hard to get your daily doses of greens and all the vitamins that are necessary but smoothies compact them into a easy to drink glass. This smoothie has 166% of your recommended daily intake of calcium, 557% of Vitamin A, 220% Vitamin C.
Another great thing with this smoothie is that it avoids a lot of the issues most people have with green smoothies; that is can taste a bit like dirt. But with the pineapple and passionfruit it lifts the flavour up and covers the earthiness from the kale and spinach.

This is a great little blender. It’s easy to use and not ridiculously expensive. You don’t to spend crazy amounts of money for a decent blender.
This smoothie is allergy friendly; gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, nut-free. A great swap for this would be exchanging the pineapple for mango, still keeping in with that tropical theme.
