I love peanut butter but I always hate how oil store bought versions are. Even all-natural ones have to use oil to preserve it for long periods of time but the oil sits on the top I personally find it very unappetising. So, I wanted to make an oil-free version.
Because this recipe does not have any oil, it’s lower in calories and fat (compared to the store bought versions, at least). It is also way lighter and creamier and easier to eat and stomach.

This recipe is naturally gluten-free so no changes need to be made for that. In the future, I will be doing other nut and seed butters, for those with peanut or nut allergies.
This recipe will work best in a food processors or very powerful high speed blender. This is the food processors I use: Breville The Kitchen WizzIf you make this recipe (or any of my others), head on over to Instagram and tag me at @plantfueledtucker.
